Intensity-Based Masking Tool
Intensity-based masking is a method to improve resting-state functional connectivity results and measures, by masking and removing low-intensity voxels, which contain a large amount of noise.
Further details can be found in our paper "Intensity-based masking: A tool to improve functional connectivity results of resting-state fMRI", by Michael Peer and Sami Abboud (equal contribution), Uri Hertz, Amir Amedi and Shahar Arzy (Human Brain Mapping 2016, 37(7):2407-2418) .
A MATLAB script for application of IBM is provided here.
